Quick Start

Get trading in under two minutes.

1. Open the Bot

Open Telegram and search for @ReturnToBTCbot, or tap the direct link.

Tap Start to launch the bot. You'll see the main menu with sections for Wallet, Trade, Orders, Portfolio, and Settings.

2. Create or Import a Wallet

Return To BTC is non-custodial — your private keys are encrypted server-side and only used to sign transactions on Spark.

  • Generate a new wallet — Tap Wallet → Create New. The bot returns a fresh Spark address and a 12-word backup phrase.
  • Import existing — Tap Wallet → Import and paste your seed phrase or private key.

Back up your phrase

Write down your 12-word backup phrase and store it offline. If you lose it, no one — including Return To BTC — can recover your funds.

3. Fund Your Wallet (~30 seconds)

The fastest way to get BTC into your Spark wallet is to bridge from Solana.

Type /bridge (or tap Wallet → Deposit → ⚡ Bridge SOL → BTC):

  1. Enter how much SOL you want to bridge (e.g. 0.5).
  2. The bot returns a one-time Solana address.
  3. Send the exact SOL amount from Phantom / Solflare / any wallet or exchange withdrawal.
  4. ~30 seconds later: 🎉 BTC lands in your Spark wallet.

Already have BTC? Use the BTC L1 or Lightning deposit options instead. See Deposits & Withdrawals.

4. Place Your First Trade

Tap Trade → Buy and either:

  • Paste a token contract address, or
  • Search by ticker (e.g. BTC, SPK)

Pick an amount, review the quote, and confirm. The bot returns a transaction receipt with your new balance.
